XRlabs Presents: HealthTech Futures - Unlocking Surgical Intelligence

LONDON, 6 SEP 2025 -- The future of surgery is beginning to unfold. At HealthTech Futures: Unlocking Surgical Intelligence, hosted by XRlabs, at the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (LIHE), we brought together leaders from venture capital, healthcare, and technology to explore the next frontier of surgical intelligence.

At the heart of the evening was the XRlabs Surgical Intelligence Platform—our continuously evolving system that fuses extended reality, AI, and advanced computing. The platform is designed to give surgeons deeper vision into anatomy, intuitive guidance at every step, and the potential for safer, more confident operations.

One example of this platform’s capability was showcased live: a prototype integration with NVIDIA’s computing power and Olympus’s ORBEYE™ exoscope. This demonstration showed how the platform can deliver richer visualisation and will enable unprecedented precision in the operating room.

The session illustrated how surgical intelligence and immersive vision will empower surgeons to “see the invisible,” operate with new confidence, and one day redefine standards of care worldwide.

Equally important, the evening gave voice to the surgeons themselves—sharing firsthand perspectives on how cutting-edge vision and thoughtful investment can translate into better patient outcomes in the future.

The highlight was the exclusive demo of our prototype, underscoring not just the power of the ORBEYE integration, but the broader potential of the XRlabs Surgical Intelligence Platform to adapt across imaging systems, surgical workflows, and specialties.
